Ha, me too! And that’s precisely what I’ve been working at for over 30 years. I continually push myself and my clients to evolve and grow. My path hasn’t always been straight, but it has been colorful. From the slopes of Mt Kilimanjaro (yes, the summit, too), to the finish line of the Ironman, I’ve been able to achieve things I never dreamed possible and YOU CAN TOO!
One of my greatest joys is guiding people to create a deeper sense of purpose in their life through mindful adventures. Typically, we look at the calendar together, decide on a dream trip or goal that will knock your socks off, then work backwards and put that plan into action.
The result is not just changed lives, but a transformation into someone so different that you feel like a new, rejuvenated human ready to live longer, stay stronger, and deepen your impact on the world. Are you ready to join us?

Before working with Ted, I thought I had hit life's downturn. Little did I realize that not only would he help me heal my back pain, but he's helped me realize I can jump back from crow pose and all kinds of arm balances. Our work together has transformed my health and now I can still keep up with guys 20 years younger.
Meeting Ted has definitely changed the game for me. I was barely able to do a full workout in the beginning. Within months I was the fittest guy on my surf trip. We've hired Ted to run our wellness program and I use empirical evidence, my team loves it.
Some romance novel authors and readers believe the genre has additional restrictions, from plot considerations such as the protagonists meeting early on in the story, to avoiding themes such as adultery. Other disagreements have centered on the firm requirement for a happy ending.
